You are responsible for account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and comply with applicable laws, including export and sanctions rules where relevant.

Acceptable use

• No attempt to probe, disrupt, or bypass our security without authorization
• No scraping or automated access that overloads our systems without permission
• No redistribution of our materials outside the scope of your license or enrollment

Intellectual property

Content, branding, and materials on our services are owned by CYPEIRA or licensors. Except as expressly allowed, you may not copy, modify, or distribute them without prior written consent.

Disclaimer & limitation

Services are provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the services, subject to mandatory exceptions where applicable.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws chosen in your master agreement or, where none exists, by the laws applicable to CYPEIRA’s operating entity, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
